Lists of admitted students and claims

Academic Year 2021-2022

In each ordinary admission phase, the Resolution of the Dean / Director will be published with the provisional lists of admitted, conditionally admitted, admitted by the 5% reserve quota, and not admitted. In the case of non-admission, the cause will be indicated. In Phases II and III the waiting list will also be included. The resolutions will be published on the Official Notice Board https://ae.unizar.es/?app=touz&opcion=listar and on the website of each Center. A period of 5 business days will be opened to make allegations and provide the required documentation, addressed to the Dean/Director of the Center through the Electronic Registry https://regtel.unizar.es

Claims for correction and correction of material errors

In all the admission phases, the applicants who after the publication of the Resolutions with the provisional lists notice an error in them, may claim by presenting a letter and the corresponding documentation addressed to the Dean / Director of the center, through the Electronic Registry of the University (https://regtel.unizar.es)or by any of the procedures provided in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.

 In said resolutions, the period of 5 working days will be indicated to present the documentation that has not been provided together with the request or to request the correction or correction of material errors.

The reason for the claim must be documented. The center will study the claims presented and will respond in writing to the student, with a record of such notification. Based on said corrections and claims, the provisional lists may undergo modifications that will be reflected in the Resolution with the definitive lists.

Claim for non-admission

In all the admission phases, those people who, having submitted all the documentation required for their study and assessment, have not been admitted, may file a claim with the Rector by presenting a letter and the corresponding documentation, through the Electronic Registry of the University (https://regtel.unizar.es) or by any of the procedures provided in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, within 7 working days from the day following the date of publication of the final lists.
